Four rules every purchase and every line of code follows.
No map passes or monthly script licenses. The only renewal is the Cfx server tier at launch, about $16 a month.
One mechanic script, one drug system, one gang system, so nothing fights over the same items or jobs.
Every crime feature arrives with the police, EMS or court response to it.
Wubbity's paychecks ($50 to $100 every other Friday) and every donation go into one pool that buys the list top to bottom. Donations move purchases up; they never add new ones.
Each phase ends on the payday that buys the next one. Diamonds are playtests and launch.
